• —You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• —You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• —You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• —We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

• —All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• —Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown before you confirm your order.
• —Product colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
• —We may correct pricing errors; if an order was placed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel and fully refund it.

• —Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm payment and send you an order confirmation email.
• —Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets, as available).
• —If a payment fails or is left incomplete, the order remains pending and is not dispatched. Any amount debited for a failed order is automatically refunded by the payment gateway.
• —We may cancel orders that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, or that cannot be fulfilled due to stock or address issues — with a full refund.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India. Full details, including any free-shipping thresholds shown at checkout, are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Cancellations, return eligibility and refund timelines are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this site — including the Rahinos name, logo, product imagery, text and design — is owned by or licensed to Rahinos and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

• —Do not misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping at scale, or interfering with its operation.
• —Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud. Otherwise, our aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
