Refund Policy

• —You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped, from the order page in your account.
• —Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery.
• —For cancelled prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.

• —Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• —Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• —For hygiene reasons, innerwear and socks are not eligible for return unless defective.
• —Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not returnable.

To start a return, email support@rahinos.in with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will arrange a reverse pickup where available, or share the return shipping address.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — including any shipping charges — at no cost to you.

• —Once a returned item passes quality check, your refund is initiated within 2 business days.
• —Refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
• —Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
• —If a payment was debited but the order failed, the amount is auto-refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 business days.

Need a different size? Place a fresh order for the size you want and return the original item for a refund — that way the new size is reserved for you immediately. See our Size Guide to find your fit.
