Rahinos (“Rahinos”, “we”, “us”) operates the online store at rahinos.in. We are the data fiduciary responsible for the personal information collected through this website, and we process it in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• —Account details — your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash) when you create an account.
• —Order details — the products you purchase, shipping addresses, and order history.
• —Contact details — phone number and addresses you save for delivery.
• —Payment information — payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking credentials; we receive only a payment confirmation and reference ID.
• —Technical data — browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

• —To create and manage your account, and to authenticate you when you sign in.
• —To process orders, arrange delivery, and send you order and shipping updates by email.
• —To handle returns, refunds and customer support requests.
• —To send verification and password-reset emails.
• —To prevent fraud and keep the platform secure.
• —To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements.

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in (an authentication token) and to remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If you clear your browser storage, you will simply be signed out.

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to serve you:

• —Razorpay — to process payments and refunds securely.
• —Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order.
• —Email service provider — to send transactional emails such as order confirmations.
• —Cloud infrastructure providers — who host our website and databases.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained as required by Indian tax and accounting law. You may request deletion of your account at any time; we will delete or anonymise your data except where we are legally required to retain it.

• —Correction — update inaccurate details, either in your account settings or by contacting us.
• —Erasure — request deletion of your account and associated data.

All traffic to Rahinos is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway.
