Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and popular wallets — all processed securely through Razorpay. We never see or store your card or banking details.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What now?
Don’t worry — if a payment fails, the debited amount is automatically refunded by the payment gateway to your account, usually within 5–7 business days. If it hasn’t arrived after that, email us at support@rahinos.in with your order number.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel an order any time before it ships, from the order’s page in your account. We can’t modify items in a placed order — cancel and reorder instead.
Do I need an account to shop?
Yes — an account lets you track orders, manage addresses and start returns. Creating one takes under a minute, and we only ask for your name and email.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across India. Full details are in our Shipping policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Exact charges are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown on the site ship free.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you’ll get an email with the courier and tracking number. You can also see live status under Account → Orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently deliver across India only.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with tags intact. See the Refund Policy for exclusions and the exact process.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return passes quality check.
How do exchanges work?
Order the size you need right away, then return the original for a refund — that guarantees the new size doesn’t sell out while your return travels back to us.
Products & Sizing
How do I find my size?
Every measurement you need is in our Size Guide, with tips on how to measure. Between sizes? We recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.
How should I care for my Rahinos pieces?
Machine wash cold with similar colours, skip the fabric softener (it degrades technical fabrics), and line dry. Care instructions specific to each garment are on its label.
Will sold-out items come back?
Core styles are restocked regularly; limited drops usually aren’t. Join the community list in the footer to hear about restocks first.
